Metropolis is a professional 5 piece cover band specialising in covers of Rock / Pop Rock music from the 70’s to now. With a number of artists being covered, including songs by Bon Jovi, The Angels, Billy Idol, Cee Lo Green, Deep Purple, Pearl Jam, Cold Chisel, Foo Fighters and Stevie Wonder, you’ll find it tough to avoid dancing and singing along when they play.

Metropolis combines years of performance experience to deliver a tight and solid sound that appeals to many, continuing to win over fans new and old every time they play. With their song choices and ability to tailor their covers to suit the venues and people they play for, Metropolis is a band that will keep you entertained.

Starting out in the Canberra pub scene in 2012, Metropolis have gone from strength to strength, building on their ability to provide great entertainment be it at pubs, fundraisers, private functions including birthdays and weddings, festivals or Live Band Karaoke (where you can be the star!). Not only providing great entertainment in Canberra and Queanbeyan, Metropolis also cater to the surrounding areas, having entertained people in Cooma, Bega, Tharwa, Broulee, Griffith, Wagga, Cowra and Young.
