Harry Cleverdon is a promising singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Young, NSW who is making a name for himself entertaining crowds with covers of well-known pop music, as well as with his own original material including his first single 'Time to Time', released in October 2019.
Harry has had an amazing journey performing from the tender age of 6. Now an accomplished and confident entertainer, singer and multi-talented musician who plays piano, guitar and harmonica, Harry has won a host of awards, scholarships and championships over many years in eisteddfods, music talent quests and festivals, including the coveted People's Choice (street buskers) award at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
With a sound and style strongly reminiscent of Ed Sheeran and John Mayer, his singing is rich, warm, and expressive. He has a talent for forming a special connection with people of all ages, inspiring them to listen as he engages audiences throughout his performances. Harry is a great story teller and mature beyond his years. His large covers repertoire includes songs by John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, Jason Mraz and many others, as well as more classic material from artists including The Eagles and Billy Joel.
Harry was named Champion of the Australian National Busking Championships in November 2017 for artists under 18 years of age. Since then, he has had the privilege of opening for two major international artists including Troy Cassar-Daley in December 2017 and Isaiah Firebrace in February 2018, and has been booked repeatedly by the Canberra Raiders Football Club to entertain at GIO Stadium Members Lounges prior to home games or for special events.
