Natalie Barr is the news presenter on Sunrise on the Seven Network.
Natalie was born and raised in the small West Australian city of Bunbury. Completing her primary and secondary schooling in Bunbury Natalie discovered at the age of 15 that she wanted to be a journalist after spending a week's work experience at the Golden West Television Network. At the completion of high school she moved to Perth to study journalism at Curtin University.
She became the Sunrise news Presenter four years ago.. playing a part in major Live broadcasts like George Bushs re-election, Cyclone Larry, the Beaconsfield rescue, the death of Pope John Paul 2 and Steve Irwin.
She’s also MC’d events such as the Diabetes Buzz Ball in Sydney, the Australian of the Year nominations and the Oakes Day Ladies lunch in Melbourne, as well as speaking about her experiences at various charity events. |
