Gahame Corry

At Dampier, Western Australia, in 1983, as a result of a freak accident Graham Corry lost his sight at age 35. After spending nine weeks in hospital he had to adjust to a completely different lifestyle.
Since being blinded, Graham has gained a Diploma in Audio Engineering and in the last few years has spoken around Australia and overseas.

He is a highly awarded speaker with Toastmasters International including placings in world competition and winner of the Australian National Titles.

Prior to 1983 Graham worked as an Electrician, Production Foreman and Employer Relations Officer at construction and mining sites throughout remote northwest Australia.

Living in remote areas Graham met many colourful characters and the humorous situations he sometimes found himself in with these people add a colourful dimension when he speaks.

Graham is a simple, straight forward speaker whose humour and experiences gained before and after 1983 motivate and inspire.
