Iain Hewitson
 

New Zealand born Iain Hewitson has been a chef/restaurateur for more than 35 years. During that period, he has owned many restaurants including, for the past 15 years,
St Kilda icon Tolarno Bar & Bistro. He has also fronted the lifestyle and cooking shows, “Healthy Wealthy and Wise”, “A Cook’s Journey” and Huey’s Cooking Adventures” (which celebrates its 1000th episode in 2005). “Huey’s Cooking Adventures” can also be seen on Foxtel LifeStyle and Food channels, and his new show “Never Trust a Skinny Cook” is televised on Network 10 in Australia and the Living Channel in New Zealand and Discovery in America, Europe, Vatican City and the Asia Pacific.

As well, Iain has a range of sauces, featuring his popular Kick Arse BBQ Sauce, and has written six books, including Tales and Recipes from a Travelling Cook (which has recently been reprinted in soft cover), The Huey Diet, Huey’s Greatest Hits (2002 Gourmand World Cookbook Award for "Best Book by a Television Chef" in English), Huey’s Best Ever Barbecue Recipes and “Never Trust a Skinny Cook”..
