Crisp is an upbeat Canberra Band that plays a mixture of jazz, latin and popular dance music.
Playing vocal songs and instrumentals ranging from the swing of Sinatra to funky Jamiroquai , the band's repertoire covers music from the '40s to today's popular songs and appeals to discerning audiences of all ages.
As a five-piece ensemble, Crisp performs regularly at Canberra's leading venues including Corporate Events, Awards Nights, Hyatt Hotel, Casino Canberra, Rydges Capital Hill Hotel, the First Floor, the Holy Grail, King O' Malley's, and various restaurants, bars and function centres throughout Canberra.
Most recently at the Chief Ministers Department 2005 NYE 70's concert in the Canberra City to 12,000 people.
The members of Crisp are well-established in Canberra 's music scene, with wide experience in playing a variety music styles with some of Canberra 's leading bands Ragga Jump , Tex & The Healers, Mr Clean, Naked Soul, Night & Day and The Holy Grail All-Stars.
